Review

The extra button on the side of this mouse is probably the most helpful feature. I assign that button to actions that benefit me the most. I'm not telling what they are because that's one of my secrets! It really does help though. The resolution that you can change on-the-fly is nice and I do use it a little in games, but I mostly use it when switching out of the game. For FPS (first person shooter) games I need a little higher precision for headshots so I turn the DPI (dots per inch) up, for RTS (real time strategy) and other activities I turn it down so it moves faster. All in all, a must have. If they weren't so crunchy, I'd probably eat it so I can have it with me always.

There is a new G5 out there that's blue, it's awesome, in fact a little more awesome than this one. It has an extra button on the left for your thumb. I'm REALLY looking forward to getting that one.
